Cons

Hard to find cons. Small team so feature releases can take some time, but that will change with growing the team.

Pros

You will learn a lot about micromanagement, legacy code, bad practices, the absolute worst architectural decisions, reinventing the square wheel, and how NOT to develop software in general. Apply for the job only if you want an immediate, long-lasting career stall.

Cons

Realizing you could have dodged the bullet, but instead chose to ignore all those red flags because the salary seemed pretty good at the time. It's not worth it. Not in a million years.

Advice to Management

Save your crocodile tears. If you really felt that "heartbroken", you would treat your employees with respect in the first place. Instead, you forced them to write 5-star reviews here. I mean, just look at the dates those ones were published. Pathetic much? LOL
