The leadership's authoritarian style lacked key skills, with a focus on rules over essential practices like knowledge transfer and Scrum processes. I faced favoritism, where the QA team was blamed for issues, and developers took credit for successes. This created a demotivating atmosphere. Additionally, there was a lack of diversity in top management, with many coming from TCS, making it feel more like working at TCS than a product-based company. I'm grateful to have moved on to a more supportive environment
