      The work life balance that remote work allows at Zelis is amazing. They are putting the individual first with a lot of incentives such as Zelis Cares Fridays.

      Can be a high paced work environment where several people are requesting things at once.

      Company is losing its culture

      Pros

      Work from home is great but there is going to be a strong push to RTO. IF you get a good manager you feel heard. Company culture IS great currently. You will learn a lot from this role if you rise to the opportunities don't slack off.

      Cons

      While the culture is good. The writing is on the wall that it's quickly going away in the name of profit for the company that you will never benefit from in this role although you are the one making that money. C-suite is doing everything it can to get rid of this role in the US. The clients are not afraid to rip you apart(normal for CS positions) BUT Zelis is going to keep increasing your workload with corporate slop policies from new managerial hires outside of the company.

      High start salary but low y/oy pay increases

      Decent benefits, WFH and unlimited PTO. Executive team is good and the company overall is female lead.

      Cons

      A LOT of restructuring which is chaotic and causes a lot insecurity for less structured roles (like mine).

      Remote work made my time there tolerable

      No training for months, no guidance, no team Was given low priority project that business didn’t want or need Was expected to share agile team with other PO who was the favorite so team never accepted me in the new PO role Toxic culture felt like game of thrones knife fight Quit on the spot - couldn’t leave fast enough - if you work in product, avoid this company
