Some of the developers are really helpful and supportive

Cons

Lack of work life balance Lack of learning time, all work Micro management, uncomfortable sitting in their office everyday Unfair firing without giving notice or warning. They asked me to give back laptop and leave immediately during lunch time.

What is the salary like at Zumata?

- very high technical skill - friendly teammate - approachable boss - should be 4, 5 because other ratings aren't fair

- low salary for engineer - very strict working hour

used to have tons of good engineers, you shouldn't let them leave
