Pros

athena has a noble mission of improving healthcare in the united states. This leads to a passionate culture that really cares for the impact they are making. Up until COVID, the company was really starting to gain back fast growth. The company is also intentional on diversity and inclusion, has unlimited PTO, and good pay.

Cons

The company has done a lot in the past few years to modernize the software development life cycle, but it is still slow and outdated compared to larger tech companies.
