Pros
When I read some recent reviews they are remiss of a few facts and I think they are unfair not including all information: 1. Yes we moved to unlimited PTO in the US - were there drivers behind it? YES! Employees have been asking for it for a few years now, Candidates were disappointed we didn't have it SO NOW WE DO and it's all of a sudden an issue? The reviews forgot to mention data.ai PAID US OUT our 2022 unused balance in our checks at the end of Jan!! Yes, that's right we got cash for our unused balance AND unlimited PTO for 2023. I know just horrible right? I mean how could they???? 2. In every town hall with our CEO he has not sugar coated anything and in fact told us to look at the other faces on the screen and when we make adjustments to benefits such as a stipend for internet or a free lunch, the executive team does it so that we can do everything to keep the people of this company here. Maybe it is just my personality but THANK YOU for saving the PEOPLE. I would rather go without some benefits/frills than lose my collogues that WANT to hunker down during this economic storm. We will come out of this and I know 100% that with the good years data.ai will reinvest in all of those things again because they were never things they wanted to take away, however would rather save the person. I mean as I read that statement I just think how could others feel different? 3. Challenges in leadership - ok yes we are going through an Org structure change but with reason, IT WAS TIME. With that comes some pains, but it also weeds out the people that were not here for their collogues and data.ai and I am ok with that. What feels wrong is to go on a campaign to make data.ai look like some type of disaster. That is because folks want to believe data.ai can't survive without them, which is 100% just not true. This is a resilient company and we will remain the market leader and grow stronger. And if you are scrappy and want to be apart of a team that is in this together, then my advice don't take all of these review to heart. Talk to people who are here and engaged. We are the future of data.ai.
Cons
Unfortunately it is now clearer than ever that change was needed at the TOP. So if there is a con then maybe it was that the executive team waited too long to make that change. However we all stumble, I feel they take accountability for it and continue to push forward.
Advice to Management
Continue to stay transparent with us. We have a lot of check points with leadership and that is awesome. The only reason I rated culture low is because we have work to do with continuing to remove the toxic people, but that is not just leaderships responsibility. We all can help with this. We are in this together and I for one plan to work extremely hard to wipe this blip off our radar because this is an amazing company and I want us to succeed.

Pros
Good reputation. Good benefits for the size of the company. Work remote.
Cons
Where to start? Just read the review responses from our CPO or Chief of Staff. We’re trying to communicate our issues with you, this is the only way we feel safe and in response you tell us to come to you and you’ll help us leave the company?! The reason these posts are personal is because many of us have poured years of our lives into this company only to see things progressively getting worse. The reason why this seems “coordinated” to management is because a lot of us are sick of the same old responses and things getting worse. Just look at the talent that’s left data.ai. These people weren’t let go, they left. Also, this negative feedback isn’t just limited to us as employees, look at “Interview Experience”. We show 42% negative and a 41% positive rating. We’re supposed to be the industry leader. Our next closest competitor has a Negative 28% and a Positive 47%. Perhaps management should look inward instead of copy and pasting the same response over and over again.
Advice to Management
Don’t lie to us. So far you can’t even do that on Glassdoor so I don’t hold out much hope. For example, how can you even say “we are performing better under new leadership and hitting our targets so far in 2023?” In what capacity are we performing better? We’re not closing more deals. I don’t see or hear about new products. We certainly don’t have less customer complaints and churn isn’t going down. Please take customer complaints more seriously and don’t discount Glassdoor reviews. Get out of your echo-chamber before we’re all gone.

Pros
Not many left at this point. Only pro is the remote working policy - which is not fully accurate as employees in EMEA are forced to come in on mandatory team days and cannot move outside of designated cities
Cons
Where to begin? The lack of trust in employees, culture of hire and fire, and toxic micromanagement is abhorrent and the fact that these traits are actively encouraged by executive leadership is even more so. Employees are consistently micromanaged and pushed to the point of burnout. All benefits have been slashed or stopped completely and PTO is approved only based on high performance. Earlier in Q3 leadership openly said there will be no salary increases this year and then proceeded to announce a huge number of internal promotions shortly thereafter. Work/life balance is non-existent and the only people who get promotions are those who are connected 24/7 (even on PTO). Despite management’s false portrayal of a “radical candor” environment, employees are discouraged from speaking up for fear if being labeled as “negative” and “not a team player”. The E-Team consistently reiterate during company all hands how bold and iconic the vision is, but the truth is that the product and accuracy are radically reducing, customer churn and employee dissatisfaction are at an all time high, and every single e-team member (except the CEO) in the last 5 years has left or been let go. Data.ai is a sinking ship and its time to get off the boat.
Advice to Management
Stop covering up your toxic culture and brushing it off. Listen to your employees. Lead by example - good culture comes from within and it starts with the E-team.

Pros
Awesome company to work with, get to work on latest technologies. Very friendly colleagues. All the process are streamlined and for all the process appropriate tools and automation are implemented, so its very easy to keep on top of the tasks. I am getting opportunities to work on multiple frameworks and learning a lot of new things here. The company has a flavour of working in a startup and on a established company, best of both worlds. The Employee benefits are also amazing like 1. 1000$ one time for the WHF setup 2. 90days passport program to work from anywhere in the world for 90days in a year. 3. daily meal claim 4. Gym membership charges paid 5. Internet charges paid etc.
Cons
This kind of pro and a con. Need to learn lot of different technologies, and you will be given very high level inputs and you need to find your way through the automation frameworks and tools.
Advice to Management
Keep doing the great Job and recognise the talent currently with the company.

Advice to Management
Do not fire people as the revenue for one quarter was lower than what was expected. its a global slowdown, give some time.
