Can someone shed some light on the comp at Amazon between Engineering/dev roles vs Supply Chain PM roles? Does a L5 engineer/sde make the same as a L5 Supply chain pm? Or is L5 engg closer to L6 supply chain PM when it comes to comp?

I will be completing my first year at Amazon next week so I will be having my first Forte (not scheduled yet). For what I’ve been reading, people are not too excited about this year’s compensation… what should I expect? Also, when is the Forte review usually done? TY

L5 Area manager who has been with amazon for a year and a half. I missed out on 1st April yearly raise due to “missing the cut off by 6 weeks” - didn’t get a base raise or more stocks granted. If I got top tier from OLRs and get a promotion in April should I expect much of a raise? I’m already at the top of the pay band for AM L5. My year two sign on bonus ends in July. Trying to gauge so I can try and negotiate if I get low balled. Amazon
