Tomorrow I have an interview for the Job that I want. $63k-75k is what they disclosed in the first interview that they are willing to pay for the role.but on the Job posting they have $63k-98k. I personally would feel more comfortable taking the role at $80k plus. Would it be wrong for me negotiate saying that I was looking for something in the $80k's? How would you appro it?

Does anyone work hybrid roles based in NYC? From Philly, not looking to move, but those NYC salaries are enticing. Think I’d be ok with commuting via Amtrak 2-3 times a week for a significant salary bump. If you do, what has your experience been like? Is the commute worth it in your opinion? Anything else I’m not considering?
