Salaries in Healthcare
Mortgage Loan Processor
Considering jumping ship from eal estate lending call center environment to healthcare customer service. I have 10 years of experience in which the last 5 have been a team lead. What would a good starting salary for a remote bilingual customer service rep be for UHG in Oregon? I got an offer at $21ph and after looking at Glassdoor this appears “reasonable”. Part of me feels like it’s less than it should be? This just me looking from the outside in? Any insight would be greatly appreciate!
Jobs in Finance
Senior Financial Analyst
I have offers from both United Health Group and Atlassian for a Senior Financial Analyst position. Similar Comp (Atlassian slightly higher due to stock options). Coming from another healthcare company as a SFA, does anyone have experience at either company? In the long term, does Atlassian look better on a resume/work experience due to the Tech/Software space? Seems like their culture is great, but a much higher work load due to the nature of the company. Thanks! Happy to answer DM's too
Does anybody have referrals for an entry level data analyst: EY Deloitte United Health Group Amazon Bank of America Chase Capital One Spotify These are companies I would prefer (aiming for FinTech mostly) but I am open to others! I recently got an offer at a bank for $69k but I feel lowballed because the average on Glassdoor was around $77k. Is $69k good enough for entry level, 1 day in office? Please let me know if I’m being an entitled brat or if this is a good salary to start with.
