Anyone know whether starting salary/TC for a new analyst at Yelp is negotiable, and if so, what are helpful negotiating terms? Considering switching from consulting. Am hoping the following will allow me to argue for starting salary of $100K-$130K perhaps: (1) being familiar with preferred analytics software, so my training period is much briefer/more productive (2) leveraging my ~2 years at big 3 consulting, and (3) comparing to the TC at big 3 consulting I would be leaving Thoughts?
