Hello, I am a fashion professional curious about moving to the cosmetics industry for better career growth. Would anyone be willing to share what the culture is like at L'Oréal, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Revlon, Orveon Global, or any other large companies? With my background, I would transition most easily into product development or merchandising. Does anyone have perspective on which career track has more opportunities for growth? Thank you

Sometimes I feel like L'Oréal doesn’t even look at my applications!!! I applied for a role that’s exactly the same thing I do now, matched my resume to the job description w/a 75% match score on jobscan, and still a rejection email with no opportunity to interview
