The overall process was very long. Initial contact was over a month from application. The entire process was about 2.5 months and took a considerable amount of time to complete. I have a few issues with the interview. 1. I was one of the only external candidates. I feel this was earmarked for someone internal and if so, it was a waste of my time. 2. I made it to the final round of interviews and they didn't even have the courtesy to tell me I didn't get the role. I had to reach out to the hiring manager over a week later and even they didn't respond. Instead, I received a form letter from HR. I am disappointed in any company that does this to a candidate when they are part of in final candidates. When I have a candidate that far along in the process, I personally call them and offer to give them feedback if they want it. To me, this speaks volumes about the management.
