  probability that A is sitting next to B

Assuming that it won’t matter if person “A” seats to the left or to the right of person “B”; person A has two possibilities of seating next to person B out of four people that are going to be seating in the circle, so I would say 50%.

If B is a reasonably good-looking female and A is a Westlake executive or other crony, 100%. In fact, all four A's will be sitting right on top of B playing rock-paper-scissors to decide who goes first.
