Sourcing Analyst Interview

Difficult Interview

Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at A.T. Kearney (Chicago, IL) in October 2015.

Interview

First round was an on campus two on one interview focusing on personality fit and basic competencies (including a fairly simple case question).

Final round was in Chicago and lasted a majority of the day. Included excel skills tests, multiple interviews, and a decent sized case. After completion of the case you present your findings to a group of individuals (VPs, Partners, Senior Managers, etc.) ... be prepared to answer many tough questions.

Interview Questions

  • How much money does Coca-Cola spend on aluminum (U.S. manufacturing only) each year?   Answer Question
  • How many office phones are currently in this building?   Answer Question
