A company doesn't want to work with Amazon because of their

  loyalty to one of your competitors. You're in an elevator with that company's CEO, how do you convince him to work with you in 30 seconds?

You can't convince a CEO in 30 seconds. You need to instead figure out what the root issue is -- is he afraid to lose revenue with your competitor, etc. You need to build a case for why the CEO should meet with you again to really dive deep.

I would quote-"In this ever evolving world, Change is constant and species need to adapt it" and give him top 3 benefits the software has over its competitors and hope it makes a change..

30 second is a small timeframe and the most you can do is open their mindset to our software..
