I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ACES ABA (Colorado Springs, CO) in Jun 2015
Interview
I applied online, and received a phone call the next day to schedule an interview. The in-person interview was very brief and almost seemed more like an orientation. The interviewer asked me only a few questions that reaffirmed the information on my resume/application. Other than that, the interviewer simply walked me through what the position would look like and finally asked me if I had any questions. I was offered a tour of the facility, and met a few of the clients/BI's, then filled out some paperwork to confirm my hire. It was very simple, straight-forward, and a surprisingly easy interview.
fairly easy, asks about your motivations for why you want to work in this and experience working with kids, slightly behavioural asking how you would react in situations/challenges, availability for training

In the situation of a child's iPad not working, how would you begin to troubleshoot it?
The interview process was quick and I was offered the job on the spot. The seemed eager to get spots filled and mentioned they had a high turnover rate. I felt a bit uncomfortable as they mentioned I lived in a bad neighborhood so I should be comfortable working in bad neighborhoods.

Question 1
They asked if I was comfortable being in a situation where I wouldn’t see progress for a long time.
