3 Staged Process:
Interview with different people within the company.
Partly technical questions and cases but most of the questions were personality and competency based questions. In total I was interviewed by approx 10 people, including my future boss. Interviews were very professional and questions were overall ok.
HR responded very fast after submission of the application.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ADM
