    On campus Interview, Aptitude Test followed by technical written test and a couple of interview rounds - one technical and one HR. Written test is a bit lengthy. Remaining rounds are not so tough

    Its a lenghty process, takes two to three months,
    Phone round with HR, then technical round with Lead then technical round with US Leaders then a round with the senior manager

    I was recruited from College. There were 4 rounds - 1 written, 2 technical and 1 HR round
    Written round consisted of 3 sections related to mathematical questions, basic programming and English vocabulary.
    The primary focus of the technical rounds was on analytical thinking.

    Being fresher aptitude was the initial thing, It was tough test, out of 435 not more than 10 selected for the Interview
    1 Technical Interview was held, it was little more than an hour; taken by Senior Consultants

    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Pune (India)) in October 2011.

    I got call from Agency, took my details and shared my profile with ADP HR. Next day I got a call from ADP, and they called in me at Pune office for Face to Face round. Technical 1:1 was easy one and good technical one. Then it took 3 hours of waiting for manager round, followed by a quick HR round. After 2 weeks I got call from ADP, saying the good news.I got call from Agency, took my details and shared my profile with ADP HR. Next day I got a call from ADP, and they called in me at Pune office for Face to Face round. Technical 1:1 was easy one and good technical one. Then it took 3 hours of waiting for manager round, followed by a quick HR round. After 2 weeks I got call from ADP, saying the good news.
