    Sales Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at ADP (Milford, CT).

    Interview

Phone interview, followed by in-person interview, followed by two 8 hr field day. Complete waste of time. The guy I took both the field rides with talked about how he goes home to nap alot, smokes weed after work, and even drinks on the job at times. He told me hes taken 5 hour naps during work at his apartment, and went back to the office after. The job is a complete joke and management has no clue about what its employees do, and its reflected by its stock price going down the gutters. I got the offer and denied it because I would literally rather be unemployed than work for this company. by the way this was in the MILFORD CONNECTICUT office.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at ADP (Milford, CT) in July 2016.

    Interview

Overall I was disappointed with the job interview. The first informal phone interview was great. My interviewer was: engaging, easy to talk with, seemed generally interested in my background and what I wanted my career to develop into. My in-person interviewer never introduced himself, was disengaged and I felt as if it was a burden for him to speak with me. Asked my interviewer about the company culture and he said overall it was poor in the location I interviewed at. Blamed the company for that and explained that they had a high turnover rate. From the moment I walked through the door I knew the company wasn't for me. It did not seem like a company that I wanted to start a career with.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Milford, CT) in June 2014.

    Interview

Recruiter found me on LinkedIn. I wasn't really looking but she said this was a great opportunity. First I spoke with her for about 30 minutes. I thought it went well and she thought it went very well. Next step was in person. Met me the manager. I thought this went very well too but the manager did not
