Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at AT&T.

Interview

Interview took about 30-45 minutes. They reviewed my current performance and what helped succeed. How would I be able to apply that at the new store. Took about a week or so to find out who they hired. Was asked by arsm to apply since I do well in metrics. Dont feel confident of job security now that ASM have been laid off though.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Atlanta, GA) in September 2016.

    Interview

Phase one was a 1:1 interview with the store manager, this was to get to know me a little bit and to see how I processed information. I was expected to bring a 30-60-90 day action plan with me, and to have based on the store's performance over the previous 6 months. I was expected to be able to speak to the numbers and explain where I felt there were areas for opportunity.

Phase two was a panel interview with 4 store managers sitting across from me. This was less about analysis of information and presentation than it was about understanding me, my motivations and my decision making process. They wanted to be sure that I had reasonably sound judgement and that I could plan effectively. They also paid close attention to my communication style and abilities.

    Interview

Was greeted and took into the back, very friendly manager. He kept everything relaxed with tension, they just want to get the personal side of you, they don't want an uptight business savvy employee, they want friendly customer service oriented staff

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Bakersfield, CA) in September 2015.

    Interview

The initial interview was held over the phone, very fast and genetic questions. The second interview was scheduled during the first one, to be held in person the following week. The in person interview actually was very thorough as far as the employer learning more about my skills and talents. There was of course background checks and whatnot, but overall, very in depth process.

I gave my presentation about the store and the areas that I deemed were good improvements, they asked me a few questions. I asked a few questions. Overall typical internal employee interview process from my experience.
