    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at AXA Advisors.

    Interview

It was a phone interview arranged twice through email. For the first arrangement, the interviewer thought I was going into the office in person even though they email me saying it will be a phone interview. For the second interview, they wrote down the wrong phone number so I emailed back correcting them.
The interviewer sounds impatient and aggressive. I was feeling uncomfortable. The interview ended earlier than 30 mins.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at AXA Advisors (New York, NY) in October 2015.

    Interview

There were 3 interviews. Both judging or character and then letting us know that the job is very difficult and the pay will be minimal at first. He asked what type of markets I wanted to project to. And they ask you to make a business plan. A lot of the interviews are looking the part and dealing with the stress. As part of the job is meeting new people face to face and interviewing them, more or less. And you need to pass your series 7 and series 66 before working here. If you are unable to do this, dont waste your time.

    Interview Questions

    • Do you have money for 6 months of expenses until you get a clientele. What type of people would you market to. How do you feel about cold calling. What experience do you have with finance.   1 Answer

    Interview

Multiple interviews, fairly relaxed and conversational. Nothing too intimidating, just showcase an energetic and professional personality and you will be fine. Met two times, be sure to prepare a lot of questions before hand, there is a lot of time to have your questions answered and having more questions indicates commitment

    Interview

The hiring process was simple and efficient. All of the people I interacted with were professional and respectful. It started with a phone interview and then a formal interview followed that.
