I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Columbus, OH) in Jan 2016
Interview
Long. Many rounds. Started off on campus in a group project asking about product assortment. Then to two one on one interviews. Did not make it to the final round. I had a very negative experience as their recruiters are rude and would not get back to you regarding questions in a reasonable time period, or at all.
I applied online. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2026
Interview
Applied online then got an email asking me to complete a numerical reasoning assessment and an online interview (similar to HireVue). Then got invited to do two 30-minute back to back interviews about a week after that (one HR, one with a member on the team you apply for). A few hours after that I got a text and call from my HR representative inviting me to the final round of interviews, but I haven't completed that yet.
