I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Fairview Heights, IL) in Aug 2010
Interview
I was recruited several times in the store so I thought i would have the job in the bag. So i interviewed for the model position as the employees suggested. Unfortunately I never received a call back even though the manager was extremely friendly and seemed to like me a lot. They will ask you what diversity means to you, how your friends would describe your personality, how you would describe the Abercroombie and Fitch style and so on. I really can't believe they didn't call me. The manager that interviewed me even chatted about her life and what she does for fun and so on; she was very nice and seemed interested in hiring me. There was only one other girl at the interview with me and she didn't receive the job either. Oh and I've interviewed with abercrombie kids and hollister both before (never received a call even after being recruited there also) and it is an identical interview as far as the questions go.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (New York, NY)
Interview
It was very direct pretty easy I felt very prepared and didn’t feel very nervous I wondered if I was asking the right question. I felt happy about it and you shouldn’t feel worried
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Brookfield, WI)
Interview
It was normal and it was fine. I think it was average as an interview. Nothing more I can think of. Just a normal interview. That is all. Nice and simple-nothing more I can think of

Super easy interview at the mall. The girl was really nice who interviewed me. I got asked to apply at the store and then in a couple days I had an interview.
