    Interview

This is a group interview, you need to try and stand out. They are looking for people who fit in, or are social. They don't have any second rounds. I once did an interview for Hollister and there were 10 people. This particular interview I had one other person interviewing with me, and I think since it's a college town there may not be many other applicants. If you do recognize any one who may have referred to, don't hesitate to say hi. This interview was done in 2011.

    Interview

The interview process was fairly simple. I spoke to recruiters at my campus career fair. They offered me an interview on the spot. I had the interview the next day. It's very casual. They tell you to wear jeans or whatever you feel comfortable with. The interview itself was basically all behavioral questions that were very straightforward. After that, they contacted me after a week or two inviting me to visit their home office in Ohio over a course of two days. The office visit was awesome. All of the recruiters were incredibly hospitable and nice. They have a schedule of events planned out and make sure you get to know all about the company. On the second day, they gave you an individual case study to do, then you did a group case study, and then did 3 rounds of in person interviews an a video interview.
