Very weird process throughout and chaotic communication style. Applied online, got a cold call from a senior recruiter late in the day on a federal holiday a few weeks after applying. She asked if I was available to speak; I was not but asked her to send me an email so I could follow up with my availability to schedule a call. She followed up early the next morning (Saturday) by text, cold call, AND email which said only "Please get back to me when you can :)". This was raising some red flags for me, especially after reading reviews here about the scammers impersonating real recruiters, so I figured it was likely a scam and ignored the follow-ups. However, today I received a standard rejection template email from a recruiter with the same name. I am still not sure whether the first person who reached out to me was a scammer or was actually interested in interviewing me! Either way: the communications from this company were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time, and AbleTo needs to crack down on the impersonators that are giving their business a bad name. Whether the person who contacted me was legitimate or not, the whole experience has turned me off of ever working with AbleTo.
