I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture in Nov 2011
Interview
Instead of giving a profit case study organization, he gave a human resource organization case. If a business decides to reorganize its business model, how would you get employees adjusted to this new business model? The obvious answer was training programs, though I'm not sure what framework I would use for the case. Interviewer was a senior vp.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Accenture (Tokyo)
Interview
I passed the online test and was got called for an interview with a manager. He said he did not read my CV beforehand, and he thought my profile align with another team better. He gave me a case anyway, and told me to continue interview with another team. I felt it was a red flag that their recruiter sent my CV to a team who found my experience less relevant, and I had to do a first round of interview for no reasons, so I declined the second interview.
Easy with description of existing process. case study was difficult; however, we could be done with a bit of practice. Salary negotiations are important. AI related stuff asked, be comfortable with that.
Went through two interviews, successfully passed, and right before the third interview was told that I cant move forward because they filled the postion internally. So what was the point?!?! - I have no idea
