Interview was all done remotely and over the phone. The first interview was simple going over my resume with the basic questions such as aspirations, goals, etc. The second interview--the behavioral interview--was much harder, especially for a recent college graduate. It is highly recommended to prepare thoroughly for the behavioral-type interview. From what I was told, the third interview, which I did not get to, was a 1:1 interview with a local manager.

Due colloqui, uno in gruppo e uno individuale, con HR, di tipo attitudinale (presentazione azienda e poi discussione di un caso aziendale in gruppo). Poi ulteriore colloquio con manager del settore. Si spiega un po’ meglio e a livello tecnico in cosa consiste la posizione. Infine colloquio con un senior manager di qualche minuto solo conoscitivo.
