Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Access Justice (Minneapolis, MN) in February 2012.

Interview

Recieved a call from the admin working at Access Justice to schedule my interview with the owner. Went in to meet with him and had to wait 30 minutes before being called in. Then during the interview he had me leave 3 times due to him taking phone calls. He was very unprofessional and mentioned the word "sex", "sexy" and even spoke about "viagra" during the 4.5 hr painful experience. He had me meet with one lawyer also and that was about 15min. When I was done I had to wait again for him to have time to continue speaking to me. The interview questions themselves were based wholey on my intelligence and he kept throwing out elaborate words and then would ask me if I knew what they meant. Most everyone there is a volunteer and he asked me if I would volunteer for the first 2 months before getting a salary. Then to get rid of me again so he could eat, he sent me to meet with another admin there. We spoke of nothing related to the job or the business. She had no questions and was not prepared to speak with me at all. I felt sorry for her being thrown into that position. After 4hrs there I was finally offered a drink of water and was handed a paper cup and told I had to go to the ladies room to get my water. After 4.5 hrs I was done and left. Hands down the most awful interview experience of my life!
