I went through 3 interviews via zoom and had to submit one assignment.
The first interview was with HR, and was a casual chat giving me a great run through of company culture and life at Acquire, along with enquiring about my work background and some work based problem solving examples. Great introduction to Acquire and felt very much like a two way street.
Then I had my interview with my future manager, which gave me more detail on the specifics of the job itself and the customer success team and it's function. This was followed up with some questions about myself, work experience, the way I work and examples of problem solving.
After my interview with my manager I was sent an assignment which gave me an opportunity to explore the product and answer questions.
Then the final stage was a panel interview with three people from the company (People ops and CS team) where I was able to answer job or culture specific questions and find out more about them and Acquire.
