The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aetna in February 2012.


Initial phone interview ,asked situational questions seemed very interested. I know I did well on the phone interview. Was well prepared and knew a lot about the job. Aetna has a habit of not following through on their positions. Many are cancelled after being posted with no explanation. Stated they would be in touch they never did follow through. Very unprofessional. Described all the benefits and pay which they brought up. Sounded like a big come on. The position was customer contact.
