I applied online. I interviewed at Aetna (Plantation, FL) in September 2010.

Interview

Hiring is all done through applying online. Once candidates are chosen, applicants will be called in for an interview. You will be asked to bring a writing sample so management can see applicants writing ability as position requires writing and clear documentation. Interview setup is as follows 3 interview sessions, with each session lead by 2 managers, 1 manager asking questions, the 2nd writing down responses and note taking.

Negotiation

Pay range is determined by experience, pay budget and management approval. All communication for pay is done through a recruiter.
