I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Affinion Group in November 2011.

they go over your resume but focus on a job you've has similar to the one your applying for. my interview lasted about 20minutes. they have you read a script, then take you to the computer and have you listen to example calls then if you seem up beat and friendly and are looking for a full time long term employment they will offer you the job you have to set up drug testing at local diagnostic center once thats finished you pretty much have the job.
