Interviewing with Aflac was a great experience. I had several rounds of phone interviews with different people. it was very relaxed and fair. The communication process was great, and I never felt like I was being avoided as I have in the past with other companies hiring process.

Question 1
When was a time you had to deal with someone who was acting in an unethical mannner? What did you do? What was the result? What did you learn from that experience?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aflac in Oct 2013
Interview
I spoke with a recruiter at my university's career fair and applied online. I was contacted by email a few weeks later and interviewed on campus. Interviewer was extremely friendly and it was just a basic behavioral interview, nothing overly difficult. She just wanted to find out a little more about my experience and why I wanted to intern with Aflac. I interviewed in October 2013 and I never heard back on a decision, not even to let me know they decided to move forward with different candidates.
