Attend an initial Group Information Session that outlines the company, top to bottom, the job and what it entails, the compensation and training that will be offered. If selected, will be called back for a second interview. If we feel you are a good fit and can be successful with Aflac, we will offer you a position and explain what steps need to be followed.

Just at the beginning of the process and wanted to read the reviews first. I received an email inviting me to come in and interview with Derek Vickers in the Rockledge office.

Interview
This is no interview. it is a pitch to become a 1099 insurance sales rep. Shame on Aflac for telling me that this is leadership position, then telling me that you need to be a "benefits advisor" first! No shame in that, but they duped us into an hour meeting where you feel like somebody wants you to become an Herbalife rep! Don't take the bait, unless you are interested in selling insurance.

They brought us in as a group and explained what aflac was, what serviced they provided. They also explained how the money comes in for you as their employee. After the introduction they pull you in for a one on one and ask more personalized questions.
