O processo seletivo contém 3 fases, achei um pouco difícil e demorado as etapas: 1º Recrutador. 2º RH da empresa. 3º Entrevista com gestor, que contém uma dinâmica em grupo.

o padrão de entrevista, perguntou sobre meu currículo, sobre mim, se eu já tinha algum conhecimento na área e sabia o que fazia, perguntou também outras áreas de conhecimento que eu tinha, no geral foi bem tranquilo

I had two interviews, first with HR and a tier III executive and then with tier III executives only. I can’t say anything bad about the interview process. I had nice interviews and I thought I’d get the job. Nevertheless, after the second interview they NEVER got back to me. I waited for a month and sent some emails to get updates but they completed ignored me. I even contacted both HR and the interviewer and they ignored me completely. I understand that they probably moved forward with another candidate but a multinational should behave better. It’s not nice to ignore people and keep them waiting ages for an answer. I’m not planning to apply here again.

Il colloquio è andato tecnicamente bene ed è stato seguito da un corso in azienda come carrellista e successivamente l'inizio in azienda come operatore nella produzione della carta per un periodo di prova di un mese.

First round video interview, second round an interview with hr and team. The second interview was not too difficult, we focused on the role, team and my background. I had a good feeling but it took too many weeks to hear from them even if I followed up with the hr.

I took the time to make a good application in their career-portal. Three months later Ahlström-Munksjö is still reviewing applications. I'm extremely dissappointed that I didn't get any answer from company.

A entrevista foi marcada para ser realizada online pelo Teams. A colaboradora do RH foi bem simpática e educada na entrevista, passando uma boa impressão por parte da empresa. Não tenho pontos negativos para ressaltar.

My interview process was streamlined, organized and fast – which I like. It was unique in that, I was unsuccessful in the (first) interview but then invited to interview for a completely new role (based on what they found out about me in my first interview). I also liked that they spoke a lot about the people, the team and the culture.
