Interview

(1) An employee from Akamai referred me to the HR
(2) The HR contacted me via phone and screened me
(3) Talked to the concerned team Manager and was shortlisted
(4) Talked to Major Account Executive from US who screened me
(5) Talked to Director of Industry Marketing
(6) Had a group/panel interview with VP of Americas Marketing and VP of Industry Marketing
(7) Skill Test round followed by communication skills evaluation
(8) Presentation

Akamai is a very good, so they make sure that everyone who joins the family are great in terms of knowledge, enthusiasm and eager to build an awesome career.

    Negotiation

    Negotiation was pretty much one sided. The HR manager is no longer there anymore just took advantage of my unemployment and ripped me. But I forgive him.
