Interview is very uncomfortable having to sit in a tiny office with two to four managers at a time staring you down and grilling you like a crime suspect. Hiring paperwork and pre employment videos took awhile but not bad at all.

I applied online on a Monday and was called in for an interview that Wednesday with the Store Director and Hiring Manager. 20 Minutes later they had me do a mouth swab drug screen and paperwork for orientation.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Albertsons Companies (Altamonte Springs, FL)
Interview
They called me within 2 weeks of my application. After that was hired and took a skills test and a class to introduced new employees to the company way.
