I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ally Financial (Charlotte, NC) in May 2012
Interview
Applied via career services at university. Received a call a few days later to set up an interview on site. Questions were mainly behavioral along with a review of the resume. Nothing too difficult. Was contacted pretty quickly after about possible second round/ offer which was nice in the overall scheme.

Question 1
How would you go about measuring the center of the room with only a ball of yarn and tape?
HireVue was pretty straight foreword. No technical questions, all behavioral. it was only about 4 questions and a video introduction. Only takes about 15-20 minutes to complete and not much prep needed for that.

Interview
Relatively simple, hirevue, and then one zoom meeting for an hour. All fit questions, mostly asked about previous experience. Completed the interview pretty easily as long as you know your resume.
