Did a phone interview in which they asked few general questions and explained a the job and what to expect. Asked to come to the office (not easy to find) to do a test. The test is a bunch of questions and you have an hour to finish after someone explains it to you. The person who explained it for me was horrible and unclear, and the test itself had a bunch of translation mistakes
