A contracting company reaching out to me. Following up with the contracting company and engaging in the initial interview. Driving to Cleveland the next day meeting with a couple of the managers. Talking basic job description and requirements.

I initally found the position on Indeed.com for AmTrust Financial's Marketing department. A recruiter then reached out to me and informed me about a different Social Media position coming available that matched my skills and resume more. I had an initial phone interview, then a face-to-face interview with managers that I would be potentially working closely with and then one final interview with the head of the department. The process was quick, thorough and precise. The recruiter did a fantastic job of keeping me in the loop and preparing me for every interview throughout the whole process.

Had a 20-30 minute phone screen with a recruiter. Was called back for an in person interview about a week later. Mostly technical questions covering several different programing languages. Was told I would hear from then by the end of week, didn't hear anything from them for nearly a month.

The interview process was incredibly painless. I gave the standard information about myself, they told me about the job, and I told them why I'd be good for the job. The interviewers were friendly, yet professional, and they were very honest about the work load that would be expected should I happen to get the job.

Interviewed and retained by Recruiting firm. They contacted AmTrust and arranged for a phone interview. Went well and they invited me in for an on-site interview. Interview was was very good as it was more discussion based on experience and company with Q&A at end.

Very quick turn around time. Contact was made to me several times a week to notify me of where in the process I was. I was able to develop a relationship with the recruiter and felt comfortable asking all the questions that were on my mind.

The interview process was through a temp agency, interviewed with two associates and got the job within a couple of days. I was offered $20.00 an hour, though the manager also had the lead analyst interview me for the position since he was the one to work with me personally. He stated how he hated the job in the interview and wasnt too happy.

Very informal interview with the hiring manager. He went into details about his department, didn't really ask me typical interview questions, didn't ask me much reallocate . The hiring manager pretty much talked the entire time. The interview seemed to go well, I had the skills and experience required. Even sent a follow up email 3 weeks after, it's almost 2 months later and not even a call or rejection email. Very unprofessional.

Three step/people.....felt like I got the run-around..poor follow-up communicaation. I Think they are so old, they're seeking a "Gal Friday" (Circa 1950). Apparently they saw and felt I was over their heads..probably seeking advancement or something else positive in the somewhat near future.

Interview

Applied online and got an email from a recruiter for a phone interview. Phone interview went well and they asked me to come in for an in person interview with the hiring manager. The interview was weird. The manager showed me blue prints of the new office they were building, showed me customer files and paperwork and was all over the place. Never once asked me a question about my experience or qualifications. He did not even let me speak or ask questions and at one point he asked me my name (towards the end of the interview). After the interview the recruiter emailed me about 3 days later and said she would call me that afternoon and never did. About a week later she called and left a voice message and I called her back, left a message and she never got back to me. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE, the whole process.
