Many stages, may have changed now as I did this a couple years back but for me it was like this:
Stage 1 - CV
Stage 2 - Video Interview (3 questions with 1 minute to answer each one, was given 3 re-record attempts for each question)
Stage 3 - Skills games assessment
Stage 4 - Assessment Centre:
- group exercise
- interview 1 (mainly around principles)
- interview 2 (mainly around your apprenticeship program, so if you applied for marketing, here they'll ask you marketing questions)
- presentation (topic was yours to choose but it had to be around 15 minutes long, and link it back to the Amazon leadership principles, they won't tell you to but it stands out)
Stage 5: Offer
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Can you tell me about a time where you have demonstrated 'Bias for Action'
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (London, England) in Feb 2025
Interview
Cannot describe the interview process as I didn't get any because I had to go through a pyschometric test conducted by AI, which I believe to unfair as it falsely give incorrect behaviour results.
its a fun interactive game type test, where all your typical cognitive skills are tested like reaction time, problem solving, being under pressure etcetera. These questions are not hard but they do get progressively harder, plus some of them don't have a right or wrong answer, they just look to see what your reaction to the problem you are being confronted with will be.
