2 Phone interviews, 1 onsite interview consisting of 7 interviews with various department folks. Mainly situation questions, most of them about past roles, tell-me-about-a-time-when questions. The interviewers noted everything I said, probably for later discussions. Discussions about how I would address their issues if hired. The recruiting team was focused and very knowledgeable and knew what they wanted from me. The role was a very unique role, so they were looking at people who had specific experience.
