The whole recruitement process is built around Amazon's mindset, i.e. the Leadership Principles of Bezos. They do not insist that much on details of your past professional experiences or education. All that matters is how well you reply to questions related to their Leadership Principles

Second Step: Interview with Hiring Manager
Third and final step: Panel with 5 interviews with senior managers + written exercise and logic exercise.
