The interview process was conducted over a number of weeks. the preparation was elaborate, and the company communicated severally during the run-up to the interviews. They provided the links to the areas from which they were going to interview, and were open to being contacted for clarification.

if your questions don't align with the amazon principles you're doomed. Practice those 14 principles and tie examples from real life work experiences into those principles. Very cult-like vibe, they either vibe you or they dont.
