4 rounds including final 2 day loop - It was terrible. Amazon feels entitled to waste your time, regardless of whether you are employed or not. They are dead-set on figuring out ways to identify whether you’re lying or not. More like an interrogation, rather than an interview. Also, talk about a company that should pay potential hires for interviewing. The process took over a month and the final loop was split across two days with over 8 interviewers. I’d say about 90% of the interviews were painful and the interviewers were obscenely rude. The worst part about the entire process is their recruiters still bother me at least once a month for various roles. I told one of their recruiters to stop spamming me and that I had no desire to interview with them again. The entire Seattle area warns people against working for Amazon or carries an immense animosity against the company. It’s quite entertaining and awesome. There’s plenty of other tech companies that will offer better packages unless you want wait it out through the torture mill until your stocks vest. No thanks!
