Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at American Heart Association (Raleigh, NC) in February 2014.

Interview

One person interviewing me was checking their emails while I was answering questions. Never before had I seen such unacceptable behavior during an interview. How rude?? Most people will tell you they're waiting for an important call or email. No such warning with this character.

    Interview

The Chally is interesting. It is a tool the AHA uses in the interview process. They also use a Chronolgical Interview (CID)...very revealing to the potential employee and helpful to the AHA.
The CID interview takes you back to past positions to uncover trends and your learning curve. It's a great tool for managers.
