Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at American Landmark
I applied via indeed & received a call from a property manager a few days later. We had a very brief “interview” over the phone & scheduled a time for me to stop by and take a look at the property. Never received a follow up.
- Is the commute ok for you?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Raleigh, NC
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Landmark (Raleigh, NC) in Jul 2022
Setting up the initial interview went well and was a breeze… From there a nightmare… Getting my second interview with a regional was like pulling teeth. No one called me back, I had to continue calling and playing phone tag with them. I, finally, got an interview with a regional and different property manager. During the interview, the regional was focused on ordering lunch, and then chose to ask me repeat questions that the property manager had already gone over due to her not paying attention. They followed up with an offer 3 days later, they sent drug screening info 3 days laters in which I passed. A week and a half later, I, once again, have to reach back out to them to follow up on my onboarding. Needless to say, I was not having good vibes and chose to continue my search and indeed found a much better company to pursue my career with!

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Landmark (New York, NY) in May 2022
2 phone interviews and an in person interview. All went well, but then they ghosted me. Haven't heard word back from anyone despite reaching out multiple times. Would've been nice to at least have had better communication due to how excited I was about this company and about the position. Now I'm feeling like I might have dodged a bullet.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I applied in-person. I interviewed at American Landmark
The process was not very hard. In fact, it was an easy process. I was very impressed with the culture and the level of professionalism. Human Resources continued to follow up through the process.

Property where I was working went for sale and American Landmark bought it. Property was the Parc at Wesley Chapel. Interview with new regional manager. Shared concerns about management and did nothing to address them.
- What change would you make to the community?

Anonymous Employee in Charlotte, NC
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Landmark (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2019
Application online, phone and in person interviews with management. I applied online and received a phone call to interview. I interviewed with the Regional Manager and then with the Regional Vice President.
- Where I see myself in 5 years.

Anonymous Employee in Houston, TX
I applied online. I interviewed at American Landmark (Houston, TX) in Jan 2018
I was called the next day by the manager, did a phone interview then in person interview. After that I immediately had one with the regional manager. Super easy process. The background check takes a pretty long time so you will have to give your notice without your clear to hire. It can take almost 2 weeks for the background check to come back
- Why should we pick you? Tell me about your self? How soon can you start?
