    Interview

Interviewing with the CHRO and CFO was a great experience. The organization is undergoing a transformation and seeks talent to assist them in this endeavor. The CHRO was professional, easy to get along with and thorough in providing an overview on how the organization envisions the new position contributing to their efforts, as well as answering many other broad based questions I had. The CFO was outstanding filling in. The details as well as drilling down into my skills and experience.

    Interview

The interview process was great! Every step was prompt and the communications were clear. I was able to communicate with them by email, phone, and in person. When they found a good candidate, they really did seem interested in doing everything they could to have that person work for ASQ. I didn't feel like I was one just of the applicants in the pool.
