    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ameriprise (Phoenix, AZ) in February 2015.

    Interview

I filled out an online application, twenty four hours I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. During the phone interview the recruiter reviewed my resume and asked situational questions. I was then invited to come in for an in person interview. During my interview I met with three claims managers, each read from a list of questions and took down my responses. It was a very pleasant interaction.

    Interview

Phone interview, online test, face to face. Standard process and it was fairly quick. I had no complaints about the interview process other than the do sell the potential a lot and there is very limited potential at this company

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Ameriprise (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2011.

    Interview

Typical online application process. Short phone interview. On site interview with two interviewers. Very pleasant and engaging. Seemed enthusiastic about their jobs. One interviewer had huge visible tatoos on her arm which seemed really unprofessional in an interview situation. Interview went very well. I felt confident until the close. The interviewer stated that "creative" people don't usually perform well in this position. I have some creative positions in my background from 10 years ago. I felt it was unprofessional for her to actually verbalize that in an interview situation, whether she felt it to be true or not. She seemed to be a seasoned interviewer and should have known better.
The questions were very typical behavioral questions.
