Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Amgen (Thousand Oaks, CA) in January 2015.

Interview

Phone interview followed by 1:1 and then a panel. It was difficult from a technical point of view. Lots of situational questions. Science background is a plus. Change Management is very well received skill set.
